The 7174 is designed to be mechanically connected to the rudder stock, to feed back rudder angle position data to auto-pilots, rudder angle indicators and full follow-up control systems. 

The 7174 is available with up to 3 potentiometers, 3 trim pots and 4 micro switches, and is constructed of bronze and stainless steel for durability. Please ensure to specify the Ohms rating for the potentiometers when ordering. Standard rating is 1 K-ohm.
